Cenpro Legal Limited is a Nottingham based law firm specialising in commercial legal services.

Established September 2014, the aim of Cenpro Legal is to provide quality legal services to organisations of all sizes using a best outcome focused approach. Our clients are the most important thing to us and getting them the best solution for their legal issues is our primary goal.

Stuart began his career in the law in 1991 training as a commercial litigator, debt collector and employment lawyer. He continued to practice in those areas until 2004, when he took a year out to work as a professional scuba diving instructor.

Stuart became a legal director of various companies from 2005 until 2008 when he was instrumental in the creation of offices for a West Midlands firm of solicitors in Nottingham. Stuart is not a solicitor.

Stuart has extensive experience within (but not limited to) the ink production, printing and printed packaging, food manufacturing, building and electronic components industries.

Michael qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and since then has worked in the East Midlands dealing with a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including advising on a variety of commercial issues and working on corporate transactional matters. Michael’s client base is widely spread and operating in a number of different business sectors.

Whilst Michael focuses mainly on all aspects of corporate and commercial activity he also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for clients providing services in the logistics sector. This includes advising on warehousing and transportation arrangements with both national and international customers.
Complaints about our service or behaviour

We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided then you should inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.

In the first instance please contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues at this stage. If you would like to make a formal complaint, then you can read our full complaints procedure here. Making a complaint will not affect how we handle your case.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority can help you if you are concerned about our behaviour. This could be for things like dishonesty, taking or losing your money or treating you unfairly because of your age, a disability or other characteristic.

You can raise your concerns with the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

What to do if we cannot resolve your complaint

The Legal Ombudsman can help you if we are unable to resolve your complaint ourselves. They will look at your complaint independently and it will not affect how we handle your case.

Before accepting a complaint for investigation, the Legal Ombudsman will check that you have tried to resolve your complaint with us first. If you have, then you must take your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman:

   -  Within six months of receiving a final response to your complaint

and

   -  No more than six years from the date of act/omission; or
   -  No more than three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
